A few days late, but it's all good!
Isn't the fourth the best?? I love everything about this holiday. My family was in town and we were able to do a ton of fun things. University Ave started filling up the morning of the 3rd. I was lucky to be able to drive down my street. Of course the night of the third I had to hit up the Sev.
Jef Holm even made an appearance although he was tugging on my heart strings all night showing up and leaving then coming back again. Typical celeb.
Here he is with my amazing friend SB.
That's the cool thing about Provo, Utah. You run into celebrities at least once a day.
Sidenote: Jef & Emily are the only celebs I follow on Instagram because they're real people.
After getting to bed around 4am, I woke up a couple hours later to talk to my brother who is serving a mission and was in the Salt Lake City airport flying to Vegas to await his visa to go to Mexico. Phew! Just don't think too hard about it.
Then I went to the parade which required me to walk out my front door and find friends on a blanket! That's why I pay the big bucks to live on University Ave. Great parade spot with zero planning ahead required. Pays off on holidays.
Also went to the street fair with the fam, Gurus and of course Stadium of Fire at night with incredible fireworks and the Beach Boys. Feeling good about the 4th.
