My favorite little city has been absolutely flooded. I love a good rainstorm, but 15 inches a day? No spank you. If anyone sees a bearded man building an ark, I'd start repenting like ASAP. The City of Franklin now has a 6pm curfew, all water has been shut off & my brother's junior prom was cancelled which is possibly the worst tragedy of them all.
Pray for the people of Nashville, some people got hit pretty hard.
Great post Danielle! It made me smile, then almost cry! So true...I fret for those people who are hurting right now! Did you see the picture of the Opryland Hotel?? It is flooded...every bit of it! Can you imagine the clean-up from that ALONE??? And it's everywhere! We need to pray for everyone and be available to help too! Love you!
ReplyDeleteThis whole thing is unbelievable! It's so sad and weird to think that this is happening back home and I'm not there to help. I'm definitely keeping the people there in my prayers.
ReplyDeletesaw some of this on the news and couldnt believe it! of course i automatically thought of the stolworthy clan! our prayers will be with nashville!
ReplyDeleteAppreciate those who care! Thanks! Me and my family have fared very well but others have not. Wish that it had not happened but life throws us for a loop every now and then. Good job portraying the angst and trouble in paradise, Danielle!
ReplyDeleteYikes. All of this is insane. All of Nashville is tootally flooded!
