I've been so excited for MLK day for weeks. I decided the best way to celebrate would be with fried chicken, waffles & kool aid.Thuggin.
Cam was our brave soul & put the chicken on the waffles. He did it right.
roommates who never gave me the "no smiling" memo. The first thing I did this morning was run upstairs & write this on our dry erase board. This is just Al following instructions.
All over that KFC
Our shrine. Love that Martin.
Krunk on Kool-Aid.

ReplyDeleteIf my husbande weren't so PC, I'd be throwin my own chicken and waffles party :)
Wow! This is really racist and offensive! I can hardly think of a worse way to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of Gordon B. Hinckley having that racism still "lifts its ugly head," even among church members and that it is unacceptable.
"I remind you that no man who makes disparaging remarks concerning those of another race can consider himself a true disciple of Christ,"
It is people like you that are the reason why people tend to think of Lds Church members as backwards and racist.
