3 Tried & True

This week we tried Chicken and White Bean Enchiladas with Creamy Salsa Verde found here.
Another goodie! We're two for two here folks.

Sean rated it a 10 again.
I rated it a 7. It was so yummy except there was a ton of prep work so by the time I sat down to eat it, I was a little mad at it which is a super weird feeling, to be mad at dinner.

From start to finish (including time in the oven) it took 1.5 hours, and I'm a really fast cook.
Ain't nobody got time for that.

So, if you don't have a job, or a family, or homework, or friends, or a significant other, this is the meal for you! I think that cancels out about 98% of the population, but it is super good.

  2. Funny, Danielle! I took the time to write all that down on a recipe card thinking it would be a great casserole to take to the sick. Even with the tiniest writing, I had trouble putting it all on a card. Hope I can read it if I ever decide to use it. Hearing your comments about how long it took to make it. Maybe not! Sounds really good though. I am sure it won Sean's heart and that is worth a lot! Thanks!
