Out of the billions of books I've read since September, these are my faves. Read them during your lifetime.
The Chosen One by Carol Lynch Williams
Children of the Dust Bowl by Jerry Stanley
Beyond the Burning Time by Kathryn Lasky
Father of the Orphans- The Story of Janusz Korczak by Mark Bernheim
Plain Truth by Jodi Picoult
Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Tiger, Tiger by Lynne Reid Banks
Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt
Tristan & Iseult by Rosemary Sutcliff
What I Saw and How I Lied by Judy Blundell
Growing Up Adopted by Maxine B. Rosenberg
The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult
ooh I've read 3 of those. Do you own all those books? Do you rent them from thel library?
ReplyDeleteboth! i'd rent a few before we fly home so you can read a few on the flight. You would really like "The Chosen One" & probably "Hunger Games" too.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking for a copy of Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer. Do either one of you have it that I can borrow it? I refuse to pay the price of the hardbound one. That is great that you have been able to read so many books, Danielle! You have to be a fast reader to get all that in with everything else you have going.
ReplyDeleteyeah, i actually just use the books as pillows & read through osmosis.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing you took Children's Lit? (I've never read so many books in my life) ;)
ReplyDeleteWay to go Danielle! I have been thinking of you with all you had to read! I knew you'd do it though! You are sooo good with your time! I sure love you!
